End-User License Agreement (EULA) — Version 1.0

By reading and accepting the following terms of use, the user confirms having understood and accepted the conditions set out below.

1. Authorship and copyright.
PyCa was developed by Vittorio Censullo — Scientific Committee, AITeRTC, with AITeRTC as co-author. All intellectual property rights to the software are reserved to the authors.

2. Scope of use.
The software is intended exclusively for research use. PyCa is not a medical device and is not validated for clinical use. It must not be used as the sole tool for patient diagnosis, treatment or monitoring.

3. Citation (encouraged, not mandatory).
In case of scientific publication of data obtained, even partially, with PyCa, citation is not mandatory but warmly appreciated. Suggested format:

4. No commercial use.
Any form of commercialisation, sale, sub-licensing or distribution for commercial purposes of the software, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent of the author.

5. No warranty.
The software is provided "AS IS", without any express or implied warranty of fitness, accuracy, reliability or suitability for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability.
The authors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. The user assumes full responsibility for use and for compliance with local regulations, in particular regarding the processing of personal and health data (DICOM / GDPR).

7. Modifications and redistribution.
Personal modifications for research purposes are allowed. It is forbidden to distribute modified, derivative or adapted versions to third parties without the written consent of the author. Reverse engineering for commercial purposes is prohibited.

8. Acceptance.
By clicking "Accept" (in the app) or by ticking the consent checkbox here, the user confirms having read, understood and fully accepted these conditions. Without acceptance, the software cannot be used.
